I went to the first SAC workshop for chem and I found it really useful to clear up any misunderstandings I had, find out good ways to phrase questions [and] write good answers. He not only was knowledgeable in answering my never-ending questions and providing conceptual understanding for potential tricky questions, but also showed quick ways of doing calculations on the CAS.
